I'm looking to get braids in my hair. Anywhere in the Baltimore and surronding area would be great. I also would like to know the differences between different braid styles. I.E. Micro, twist, etc. I think I want micro braids. I want it braided a little bit, then straight and loose. Also, what kind of hair do you use, is it loose human or always synthetic. I would like to be able to curl it. I've had weaves before, but never braids, I think it would be fun to do something different. I'd like to find a place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Also, what are the prices of getting Micro's, normally? Thanks
Anyone know of any great place to get braids in Baltimore Maryland area?
I just got my hair braided before xmas and she is really good and it didn't hurt and she didn't charge an arm and a leg like most places I have been, but she is out of her house. I don't want to put her info on here. Last year I got long twists and it cost $280.00!! I must have been out of my mind!! and it hurt!! I hear Adam %26amp; Eve are pretty good. I know alot of people who go there. I believe you can look them up on the web or call 411. If you are from BMORE, they are on Harford Rd I believe and Belair Rd. Good luck!! I think you are talking about getting invisable. I heard to make sure you get human hair it would pull your hair as bad. I just got kinky twist. I love them. I love not having to get up in the morning and deal with my hair. Best of luck to ya! P.S. I hope you are not tender headed :-)

I have no Ideal where you can find a cheep place to braid your hair in that area. but I can tell you that twist braids aren't what you are looking fore you would want either zillions or micro. It depends on how big or small you would like them; zillions are medium in size kinda like Janet Jackson in poetic justice just a little bit smaller. Micros's are small like what "brandy" use to where it takes forever to put in. if you go to an African breading shop they usually have 2 people on your head it will cost. I would suggest that you get human hair because synthetic hair doesn't last as long as human hair would. braiding your hair cost just as much as putting extension's in unless you know somebody who does hair in their basement. that is only because of the time put into your head it takes 3-4-5 hours maybe even longer to get twists, zillions, and micros's. but they all last a month maybe even longer.
