everyone wants to know this once in their life - its human. please can you tell me whether i should dye my hair, grow my brows, make up / etc etc?

Don't wear so much eyeliner UNDER your eyes.

Don't tweeze your eyebrows so they're so, I guess, sharp? Leave some arch in it.

Keep your hair color, it works for you. But try parting it maybe, so it doesn't look as frizzy.

And a darker tinted chapstick or lipstick.

And SMILE! Confidence is wayyy pretty.

Some makeup and smile I think your pretty you could also try caramel highlights or a reddish brownish color.I kind of like the black against your skin so a big change isnt necessary.

take it easy with the eyeliner under your eyes, let your brows have some arch in them and maybe get some anti-frizz serum for your hair..the color looks very nice against your skin tone though so i wouldn't really do anything with that. you could straighten your hair for a new look..that'd lbe pretty. but anyway, you have nice features! no need at all for a whole extreme makeover or anything! love yourself and others will do the same =)
