1. The meaning of Asura is those who do not drink sura (soma/alcohol/liquor)

2. Asuras will breed fast in the earth - fastest growing population.

3. Asuaras involve in mundane and physical sexual pleasure - they can have multiple wives.

4. Asuras derive pleasure from killing cows.

5. Asuras enjoy killing "sajjana" (good and innocent people)

6. Their Guru (Master/Prophet) will be similar to Sukracharya and their worship day will be Sukravar (Friday).

7. While normal human beings and gods will grow their hair in the head and shave off facial hairs (moustache and beard), Asuara will do the other way around.

8. Asuaras will be a blind faith cult and will not believe in cosmic truth.

9. Asuras ="vigraha-bhanjags" - they break idols everywhere and will not worship idols.

10. Asuras do not believe in education and destroy "vijnana" (knowledge). They destroy gurukula (ancient universities and libraries).

5. They don't mind killing innocents in the name of religion.

6. Islamic worship day is Friday.

7. Muslims shave their head and moosh. They grow beard.

8. Islam is a faith cult.

9. Islamic invaders destroyed temples, shrines and places of worship all over the world. They destroyed 125,000 temples in India. In Afgan, they destroyed the biggest Buddhist statue in the world.

10. Islamic invaders destroyed ancient universities in Nalanda and Taksila (in India) They say, it took more than six months to burn all books in those ancient libraries.

The Vedic Injunction is

Visnu-bhakto bhaved daiva asuras tad-viparyayah.

So there are two classes of men within this creation. Those who are devotees of Lord Vishnu, they are called devata or Sura. Just like the demigods like Indra, Candra, Surya, and many others. There are thirty-three carores of devatas in the higher planetary system. They are all Visnu-bhakta. They will abide by the orders of Visnu and Vaishnava.

And those who are not devotees of Vishnu are called Asura. Just like Ravana is designated as asura. Hiranyakasipu is designated as asura. Ravana was very civilized. He was materially very well-to-do. His kingdom was described as 閳ユ笀olden kingdom.閳?Everything was there, but he閳ユ獨 described as rakshasa. Why? He was against Rama. That was his disqualification.

So in the statement from Kalki Puran.

1. Sura is wrongly translated to alcohol. In the higher planets there is soma rasa and drinking that is the religious duty of people of that planets. But for men in this planet, Drinking Alcohol or any intoxicant is a pillar of sin.

2. Biggest population refers to the atheist population in the world. They are a very big and growing fast. People are very less interested in God.

3. Here involvement in mundane Sex pleasure is termed as qualification of asura but it is misunderstood as having multiple wife. To have multiple wife is allowed in Vedic Scriptures also. But to have sex outside marriage is condemned.

4. Yes those who take pleasure in killing Cows are asuras. Unfortunately even Indian govt takes pleasure in that. They get good money from that.

5. Enjoying killing of sajjan also include abortion.

6. Sukracharya is one who becomes acharya (or prophet) based on his seminal linage (sukra) and not by Qualification. The best example will be many people who call themselves Brahmans just by being born in Brahman family, though they have no qualification. Sukravar refers to day in which these false people are glorified. It cannot be translated as friday. All Days are very auspicious for the worship of God.

9. Here Breaking Deities of Visnu is condemn. Vigrah means Vishnu Tatva deities. But above that Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati condemn showing Vigrah for making a living. He said its better to be a sweeper in the street than to be make business of Vigrah.

10. Vigyan means knowledge about God. Just as presenting or accepting some false person as God is equal to rejecting God, similarly presenting mundane Literature as Knowledge ( as is done in all major university of today ) is also equal to destroying actual Knowledge.

So here it閳ユ獨 not mentioned about Religion, but quality of People who are asura. Now a days people are more interested in Rejecting God. If you analyze today most of the current Civilization is asura.
