mane and tail doesn't work too well for hair growth, but b and b has a grease called super gro and it works well but not very fast. my hair got longer but it took about 3 months for 2 inches

Mane n tail DOES NOT make ur hair grow faster. Okay, the reason why people thought mane n tail made their hair grow faster is because these people saw their hair was staying at one length and they thought their hair was just slow. but that wasnt it at all,,,,the thing is their hair was breaking off as it grew, from damage n things, the mane n tail, is not some shampoo that makes ur hair super shiny, and moisturized, and healthy, what it does, is, it protects ur hair so that when it does grow, it wont break off. these people thought their hair was growing faster when they saw more length, but its just that their hair wasnt breaking off. i use mane n tail cuz i straighten my hair everyday. but i only wash my hair once a week, i have REALLY REALLY dry hair, for about 3 days, i have dry scalp, so u see how dry my hiar and scalp is. but i moisurize my hair strands thouhg....and i just got my ends trimmed today, i got like 1/4 of an inch of cuz thats all i needed off. i havent cut my hair in 2 months, and in those 2 months i straightened my hair everyday, and i never put more heat protectant on it either, i just blowdried with heat protectant and then i straightened it everyday just like that, nothing else, and my hair had like NO split ends, until last week, cuz i stopped using man n tail and i started using sunsilk. so i hope u see thats itrs true....i think beeswax is good for protecting hair cuz i had started using beeswax on my hair whenever i straightened it, not to protect it but to weigh it down cuz my hair is really thick, and beeswax actually helped some of the split ends, not all of them, but i noticed my hair wasnt being damaged and i didnt even need a trim yet....and then i stopped using mane n tail and i stopped using beeswax. =[ and thats when i got my split ends, so i cut 1/4 of an inch off today, myself. lol its even. uhm, i told u that as just a little extra information.

It was origionally designed for horses, but humans can use it too.. Many celebs use it, like Sarah Jessica parker, but i dont think it makes your hair grow faster. It might help it stay healthy so you dont have to cut it as much, so it takes less time for your hair to grow.
